‘More services from a single source – Krafft acquires Hänggi Zoll Logistik GmbH’
On 1 July 2025, the customs agency Krafft GmbH will acquire the long-established Hänggi Zoll Logistik GmbH in Basel.
Die HZL ist seit über 40 Jahren am Standort Basel – St. Louis – Autobahn als Zollagent für Import und Export CH-FR-CH tätig. HZL has been operating as a customs agent for imports and exports between Switzerland and France from its Basel – St. Louis – Autobahn site for over 40 years. We are delighted to continue this successful family business within our organisation, together with its entire experienced team. Rolf Hänggi will also remain with the company in an advisory capacity.
